Terms of Service for @ubud.net
- Service Description: ubud.net provides email forwarding services only. We do not provide an inbox, webmail interface, or email storage.
- Acceptable Use: Users are strictly prohibited from using @ubud.net addresses for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM). Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
- Billing: The service is billed on an annual subscription basis. Fees must be paid in advance to ensure the continuity of the email alias.
- Limitation of Liability: While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we are not liable for any delays or delivery failures caused by technical issues on the side of third-party email providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
- Alias Reservation: Email aliases are provided on a lease basis. Failure to renew the subscription within the grace period will result in the alias being released back to the public pool.
- Subscription pricing is determined by the character length of the alias / username. Any subsequent change to the username will be subject to the pricing tier applicable to the new character length.
